Cat Furniture | Better Business Bureau: Seminars Order Before Attending

By Alan Bligh

The Better Business Bureau is warning local consumers to think twice before attending a "mega millionaire Live Roundtable" seminars to be held in Texas.

These seminars promise to help consumers "learn how to make money" with "no money" and "no credit" to flip the properties they buy for "pennies on the dollar."

But dozens of consumers have already contacted BBB complain that he was not selling real estate information and waiting for help to obtain a refund from the company.

The San Antonio-based company that hosts the seminars encourages consumers who attend the company 's "free" seminars to attend another seminar of three days at a cost of $ 1.497. It 's wise to check out any promotion seminar with BBB, but unfortunately, few do.

In the past, we talked about puppy scams. Now the same time for cats. An online company called Feline fans are running into trouble. Several complaints to the BBB allege non-delivery of products and difficulty in resolving the issue with the "F" rated company.

Feline fans builds and sells furniture for cats and other products related to pet food. This is a good example of why, when you're doing business online and you can 't drive to your location and call your door, you will really need to check first.

Many online retailers tend to have delivery problems from time to time, but that 's the nature of the industry. But when a pattern becomes clear and the company ignored grievances, that the flag 'sa red.

BBB is partnering with the Department of Transportation to spread the word at work about the need for safe driving policies.

The U.S. Department of Transportation calls to businesses across the country to distracted driving policies an integral part of their culture of employees. A strong policy of support for distracted driving companies to save lives, reduce working time lost due to accidents, reduce insurance premiums, and save money.

The Department of Transportation has created a free tool kit that provides employers with education and awareness activities to help build distracted driving policies that keep their employees safe.

The kit contains materials such as a company policy of example, a note of the sample to employees on policies and business press release sample.

You can get the toolkit in trafficsafety.org / dsww-materials.

In closing, I would like to thank those of you who have taken the time to send a question or comment. It seems more and more people are reading this column. Hopefully, you're saving in some pain and help keep your hard earned money.
